FAQ Shipping

Currently, we ship free to the US and Canada by UPS through our online store.

For international shipping, feel free to reach out to support@uvpod.net and someone can assist you with a shipping quote.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous US and Canada on all orders.

Please be aware that orders over the value of $700.00 USD will attract duties and taxes. These charges will be at your own expense. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska will be quoted upon checkout.

Sorry, we don’t. We ship with UPS, so we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Depending on your location, your order will ship out of our warehouses in North York, Canada, or from Oceanside, California, in 1-3 business days from when you place your order online. Once dispatched from our warehouse, order will arrive in 2–5 business days, anywhere in Canada and the contiguous US.

Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the following business day.

We’re confident you’ll absolutely love your UV POD from day one, but just in case you need some more time to decide, how does a 30-day trial sound?

If you’re not totally satisfied with your suitcase for any reason whatsoever, just send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, less return shipping costs.

We ask that products must show no signs of use, and be in the original condition they were received in (testing it out at home or in an indoor environment  is totally fine), as well as in the original packaging. 

Your only responsibility will be the cost of shipping the item(s) to us.

And if any parts of your suitcase break during or after the 30-day trial, remember that our warranty covers repairs and replacements for one year.

Please note that only the original buyer can initiate a return, and that cancellations to orders can only be made before shipment occurs.  Once shipped, the return policy will apply like you have received the item.
